Today I am grateful for the purifying benefits of drinking hot water and reading little ‘snippets’ about Mindfulness. I participated in an 8 weeks course last your and as one of my favourite Dutch magazines, Flow, created a special edition about it, I am now updating my Mindfulness ‘knowledge’ and learning about self knowledge.
